We are looking for an Account Manager / Sales specialist that will facilitate, develop and ensure a flexible and agile sales operations within and outside the sales department. You will be responsible for small and medium accounts as well as supporting key accounts. The role holds a central function supporting the customers with brand and product updates with the objective of optimizing sales and relations. The right candidate shall be able to take own responsibility and have a genuine interest and the willingness to support and develop business efficiency as well as own accounts. To succeed in this role, you need to be a proactive, flexible and have a business mindset. You will be based in Stockholm, the role will require frequent travel, primarily within the Nordics.

Areas of responsibility

• Developing & account managing new and current Small, Medium accounts in the Nordics
• Participating and support planning events and exhibitions related to all accounts
• Account related budget and development plan.
• New channel development
• Campaign planning and sales activation
• Maintaining and updating related customer data / CRM
• Phase in and phase out process for own accounts
• Business reviews and sales plans for own accounts
• Forecasting and assortment planning for own accounts
• Channel development
• Brand and planogram execution in store



Working Tasks

• Participation and supporting sales org with event coordination, meetings, exhibitions and sales related activities
• Account management and account development
• Pricing and GP for own accounts
• Supportive role for Key accounts
• Customer marketing plan creation and updates
• Presentation of news, brand and product updates
• Supporting S, M accounts with everyday tasks
• Pricing and GP for own accounts
• Store visits, sales trainings and product presentations
• Customer marketing plan creation and updates
• Planogram and assortment updates in retail
• Presenting and sharing product and price information

Your profile

• Genuine interest for sales and relations

• Flexible and communicative


Your background:

• 2-3 year of experience from a similar role
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Good knowledge about Microsoft Office
• Prior experience of working with Navision is an advantage
