Location: Ireland - Cork Salary Package: Basic + Commission (24kEuro/year) + Relocation Package + Flight Ticket to Ireland If you are looking for an opportunity to work with great products, have direct contact with a broad base of customers then the Telesales Representative position is for you.Our client is looking for telesales representatives who will serve as the first point of contact with our existing and perspective customers. You will be trained on all of the leading edge products to ensure that every perspective customer gets a clear understanding of our client and their world class products & services.You will be responsible for making calls to Business prospects to sell our products and services which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures based on leads and completes the sale of products and/or services.Selling is the #1 priority of this position. You have: ------------------------------ Sales/Account Management Experience in Business/Relationship sector.* Excellent organisational & time management skills * Ability to plan effective sales campaigns and target existing account base as well as seeking to proactively grow and extend account base.* Take full ownership and responsibility for all customers in account base.Always aim to grow scope and value of account base.* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls from and to account base.Providing product information and quotes.Processing orders.Following up existing quotes with customers & closing deals.Resolving issues for customers.* Communicating special offers and other promotions to customers via email and telephone.Maintaining regular communication with key influencers and building and strengthening the customer relationship.* Pipeline management.Ability to accurately forecast pipeline, and achieve targets.* Maintaining regular communication with External Account manager.Ensuring that you are both aware of pipeline deals and working together as a team to maintain good customer relationships.* Ability to work on own initiative & manage busy workload * Positive & focused with good sense of humour.* Highly developed communication skills (verbal & written), time management & problem-solving * Ability to manage stress and problem solve * Team player who enjoys a dynamic, fun work environment.
