About the position

As Account Payable & Business Assistant, you will be a part of our Finance and Administration Department, consisting of four more people, and you will report to the Director. The characteristics of our Finance Team is caring and in close cooperation.

The Account Payable & Business Assistant position is a mixed role, where you both will support with accounting tasks as well as being responsible for business service in the organization. However, most of your time will be in the Account Payable area.

As Account Payable you will:

- Be responsible for supplier accounts such as registration and payment of invoices.
- Assist our Accounting Manager with accounting tasks.


As Business Assistant you will:

- Be responsible for business service, which means being the contact person for the travel agency, cleaning company, and other common service matters. More specifically, helping with room bookings for company visitors, ordering office supplies and similar.

You will of course get a good onboarding from the whole team which can assist you in whatever will be needed both during your onboarding as well as in your daily work further on. Future development opportunities for you could be to take on a greater role in accounting or transfer within the company to a new location and position abroad.

We are looking for you
who are in the beginning of your career within accounting and finance and have a Higher Vocational Education Diploma in accounting or a bachelor’s degree in economics. In your studies, internship and/or previous work, you have gained knowledge in accounting and taxes. Since we are an international company, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Basic skills in Excel and Word are also needed.

It is important that you are a service-minded and social person since you will have contact with different stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to support them.
