Novozymes Biopharma Sweden AB is a subsidiary of Novozymes A/S, performing microbiologically based contract manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).Our main customers are industries within the pharmaceutical and biotech area.We are situated in Lund, Sweden, where we have modern laboratories and production facilities.The number of employees today is 92. For our Finance department we are looking for a committed colleague with a personal drive and who are broadly skilled in the area of Finance, mainly within Administrative tasks.Apart from yourself 2 people works with Finance tasks in Lund.We are linked into the Global Finance organisation of Novozymes, counting 100+ Finance Specialists World Wide.Challenges The job consists of most the disciplines within the Finance Area, such as handling: . Vendor invoices and payments .Tax and VAT declarations . Liquidity forecasting .Incoming payments . Reconciliation of balance accounts . Asset Management . Securing high quality of postings . Ad-hoc Analysis and reporting .Back-up for the payroll function As we are about to scope the implementation of SAP at the site in Lund, you will, as accountant, be a natural part of this project.At the moment we are running VISMA as our Finance system, and it would be good if you have worked with VISMA and or SAP in your prior job(s).Qualifications You have a relevant economical background and you have at least 3-5 years of experience with a similar position.You possess strong analytical skills and you are a skilled MS Excel user.As a person you are systematic and organised.You seek to constantly improve the way you work and you are comfortable with routine work.It is also important that you can plan and execute your work independent.You must be skilled in English as it is the corporate language and Swedish as it is the local language.If you understand Danish it will be a help to you.The atmosphere is informal and friendly.If you can find your smile at all times, you are the kind of person we are looking for.How to apply If the above challenges and qualifications fits to who you are, and what you would like to work with, we are looking forward to you application.Please be aware that only applications submitted via our electronic web system will be considered.Finance Manager, Torben B.
