Accountant

Toyota Material Handling Europe is one of the world's largest suppliers of material handling solutions, both within forklifts and related products and services. Toyota Material Handling Europe has a total of approximately 12.000 employees in about thirty sales companies, as well as in development and manufacturing units in Sweden, Italy, and France. The head office is in Mjölby, where smart solutions for material handling and forklifts are developed and produced.
The subsidiary Logistics Solutions which is a central part of the development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling is located at Frihamnen in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions for automated and self-driving forklifts. Approx. 160 employees develop software and sells and delivers our Automation solutions in a fast growing market.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team of four people. You will mainly work with our Accounting Manager, but you will interact with the rest of the team as well as managers in the organization. Your will primarily focus on the accounting, monthly closing and reporting.

Core responsibilities

* Day-to-day accounting
* Reconciliation intercompany transactions and balance sheet accounts
* Monthly closing - reporting in our Group Reporting Tool Cognos BI
* Account Receivable - Manual Invoicing/Dunning procedure/ Register Incoming payments
* Account Payable - contact person towards our outsourced Account Payable team.

Your profile
As a person you are a positive team player who also are comfortable with taking your own responsibility. To succeed in this role, you need to be independent in your work and able to take own initiatives, you are also analytical, structured and with excellent attention to details.

Requirements
We believe that you have:

* A university degree in a relevant financial area or similar
* At least 2-3 years' experience of accounting work. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken as well as written.
