Accountant to Instabox!

About the job

As we grow, we are now looking for an addition to our finance department at Instabox. Right now the team consists of four people who all have different positions and this fall our first accounting manager will start. To our accounting team we are now looking for help with day-to-day work and we are therefore seeking an accurate and structured accountant with a few years of accounting experience or equivalent who wants to take the next step in their career. The accounting department will also handle the accounts for Norway and Denmark so it is a merit if you have worked internationally before.

As an accountant, you will work closely with our accounting manager and it is important that you can work towards deadlines while maintaining a high tempo with quality. This is a full-time position and desired start date is this fall

Responsibilities

Today the accounting is outsourced, but will now be handled internally at Instabox, so it is important that you feel that you can work in your tasks and be flexible in your role since you initially will be involved in setting the structure for how you will work in the future.

The main focus is primarily:

- Managing the ongoing accounting
- Monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Annual financial report
- Cash management
- Reports
- Manage VAT reconciliations and taxes
- Manage analytics
- Participate in and develop new processes and set routines for future work


Who we are looking for

To succeed in the role as an accountant at Instabox, we will place great emphasis on your personality. In addition to being self-sufficient, being loyal and attentive, we are also looking for you who see the importance of going to a close and can easily get into complex questions.

In addition to that we are also looking for you who have:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in economics or equivalent education
- 3-5 years experience of accounting and financial statements
- Very good knowledge of office packages
- Fluent in English and Sweedish, both speaking and in writing


Merit:

- Worked in a startup/scaleup company before
- Worked internationally
