Accenture's Services workforce is a team of specialists who work on outsourcing projects for clients from different countries in this areas: finance, human resources, customer care and IT. We are looking for talented people to join our team in Prague on the following position:

Accounting Clerk with Nordic language
(Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)

Job Specification:
Accounting Clerk is responsible for issue management for assigned region and employees. He / She is in charge of incoming calls as per Help Desk procedures. Also of processing the received invoices, based on country language, using SAP as well as custom developed tools. Candidate will be responsible for learning business processes related to client specific needs and interfacing with vendors. Candidate will also review invoices for accuracy and prepare for payment. Additional clerical duties related to Accounts Payable will be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with client and vendors via e-mail
- Responsibility for queries received by the client helpdesk tool
- Responding to supplier queries
- Invoice Verification - Workflow responses in local language
- Cooperation with colleagues in India
- Vendors queries management

Requirements
- University education Bachelor is not required, but prefer more than high school
- Experience in accounting area is required - AP experience
- Advanced knowledge of Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) writing skills is required
- Basic knowledge of English is required
- MS Office and data analysis skills
- Basic SAP knowledge is required
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Must display professionalism and confidence
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
