DMS is an intense, fast paced, results oriented organization in a challenging phase and therefore we are now seeking to recruit a driven Accounting Manager to be located in Stockholm.The position reports to the CFO in Stockholm.So if you are highly motivated, committed to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement and have a passion for achieving measurable results please apply for this outstanding position.Tasks and Responsibilities: .Responsible for the statutory and tax accounting is according with Swedish as well as US GAAP, including reporting to Corporate through Hyperion.. Prepare forecast figures together with the operational controller on a monthly basis including reporting through Hyperion.. Manage the local DMS team with staff responsibility of three people..Cash management, including tight control over Accounts payable, Accounts receivables and inventories..Conduct performance analysis, including reviews with the Danaher Finance team, for DMS in connection with actual outcome and forecasts closings. . Work close together with the local auditors on Swedish and US GAAP issues.Profile of the suitable candidate: . Educated to a university degree (Civilekonom) in Accounting/Finance and/or Business Administration.. Five to seven years of Financial reporting experience at large multinational company and/or experienced gained at "big4" audit firms..Experience and responsibility from the closing process in complex organizations is a must.This includes demonstrated track record of delivering reliable, timely and accurate actual outcome figures.. US GAAP knowledge/experience as well as Swedish GAAP..Proven leadership capabilities.. Internal control, e.g.internal audit experience is desirable.. Knowledge and experience of financial reporting through Hyperion (or similar), Oracle and/or SAP general ledger system as well as Microsoft Office programs..Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Swedish..
