ARBETSUPPGIFTER TO DO - handling of all aspects concerning the accounts payable for UK and Sweden - allocation and editing of bills - reconciliation of vendor accounts - preparation of automatically payment transactions - data administration of relevant vendor data -cooperation in month end and year end closing - handling of internal requests. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET KNOW HOW -experienced in the field of accounts payable, ideally in the department of an international group -fluent in English, other foreign languages are desirable, especially Swedish and German -very good IT-Knowledge (Knowledge in an ERP- System) -team-player -excellent communicational skills and commitment.
