Are you into number and want to work for a higher purpose? Then we might have an opportunity for you since we are hiring an Accounts Payable Accounting assistant.

We now need to strengthen our Accounts Payable team with an Accounting assistant. You will be a part of the positive and engaged Finance team EMEA, and work closely with your colleagues in AP, AR and Accounting. The role is placed at our HQ in Malmö and we have a hybrid remote way of working. This means that you have the possibility to work a couple a days/week from home.

Here are the things we want to hire you to do:

As an Accounts Payable at Oatly, you will be responsible for the overall process and your tasks will include:

- Invoice registration

- Handling authorizations

- Account distribution

- Prepare and document SOX controls before deadline

- Monthly/quaterly/yearly/ closings regarding the AP accounts

Here are the things we think you need

As an Accounts Payable, we are looking for you with:

- Secondary school degree in accounting or finance or similar

- Good understanding in accounting and accounts ledger

- Experience in MS Office, especially Excel

- Swedish and English both verbally and written

- It is a qualification if you speak more languages (e.g. German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Finish)

It is a qualification you have worked a couple of years in a similar role and if you have experience from ERP-systems, preferable D365. It is also a qualification if you have worked in a larger financial team with large flows.

To succeed in the role, you have a self-leadership but thrive in a team and like taking initiatives. We believe that you are a good communicator, like numbers and have a structured approach.

You are thinking about the big picture, rather than the job description bullet points, and prioritizing doing things for real rather than creating a perfect plan that never sees the light of day (even it is a very pretty plan).
