Accounts Payable Specialist

The Finance department at Jeppesen Gothenburg is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist The position entails: Managing the accounts payable function, including completing the month end reporting. Punctually and accurately processing invoices, ensure accurate coding and approval for payments.Liaising with suppliers to ensure that supplier queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.Ensuring that invoices and payments are correctly signed off according to authorization matrix and ensuring compliance with the AP process.Dealing with all client queries and requests.Prepare and enter invoices into the AP ledger and process all payments. Ad hoc administration as required.
