Accounts Payables Manager Maersk Logistics/Damco

Maersk Logistics/Damco, finance department, is looking for an Accounts Payables Manager for our Nordic and Baltic Sea Cluster (NDC).As a manager for accounts payables, travel & expense management and scanning, you will play an important roll in the Working Capital function, currently consisting of 14 people, working with transactions for all Nordic entities, (Denmark, Sweden and Finland). The position is located at Maersk Logistics/Damco office in Gothenburg.General Areas of responsibilities Timely and accurate handling and payment of supplier invoices and employees outlays Ensure that all SAP exceptions (payables) are handled according to global guidelines and agreed timeframe.Responsible for timely and accurate scanning of all relevant finance and accounting documents in SAP Responsible for monthly accounts payables accruals and Inter-company reconciliations Optimize working capital in the cluster Play an active part of the NDC working capital team to ensure best practice sharing as well as improvement of processes/routines, locally as well as towards our operational departments and our back-office function.Ensure that global/cluster policies are adhered to within the cluster Day-to-day management authority of the team as well as allocation of tasks and responsibilities within the team as required.
