Carrier is now looking for an ACE & EHS Manager to lead both the quality and productivity improvement programme (ACE - Achieving Competitive Excellence) and the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operating system in the Nordic Area.The selected person will be located either in Vantaa, Finland or Gothenburg, Sweden.As ACE & EHS Manager your main tasks will be to: - Support the implementation of ACE by developing strategies, prioritising opportunities, analysing problems and opportunities, monitoring the execution supported by ACE tools.- Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace and develop controls for identified hazards.- Compile, analyse, interpret and report accident, loss and exposure statistical data; prepare recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimise potential hazards.- Run and oversee ACE and EHS training programmes.- Cooperate, facilitate and support central ACE and EHS functions within the UTC.To succeed in this position you should have: - Experience in Quality Management, preferably in an international company - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in technology or economics - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish, Swedish and English - Good skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint - The ability and willingness to travel mainly in Sweden and in Finland (approximately 50 % of the time) - Perseverance in the face of challenges Additionally, we appreciate high levels of dynamism, energy and enthusiasm.We offer you an interesting and challenging career opportunity with competitive benefits.In this role you will have the chance to interact with different kinds of people and work in an international company with quality products.To apply for this position, please register your CV at www.adecco.se.Applications will be handled confidentially.
