In search of a RETAIL MANAGER Company Presentation ACNE Jeans is a Swedish fashion brand that designs, markets and distributes high end denim and fashion.The company was born out of a fusion between fashion and denim and has embraced its heritage in the area ever since inception. ACNE Jeans products are sold at more than 500 retailers in 27 countries around the world, and also through seven ACNE jeans Studio stores "ACNE Studio" in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Berlin and Copenhagen. The Retail Manager is based in Stockholm and is a member of the management group and will report to the company CEO.The role is responsible for the existing retail network of ACNE Studios and new store development, focusing on the company ambition to expand the network of ACNE Studios in selected markets worldwide.The Retail Manager will be responsibility for the complete store development processes from securing lease contracts to opening and running of ACNE Studios.The Retail Manager will lead the global retail team at the headquarter in Stockholm.The position is based in Stockholm but will required extensive travel to other markets with existing and potential Acne Studios.Direct and lead the existing network of existing ACNE Studios.Working to improve sales, profitability and the brand building functions of the ACNE Studios.Job Description As a retail manager you are expected to direct and lead the existing network of existing ACNE Studios.You will be working to improve sales, profitability and the brand building functions of the ACNE Studios.Pursue and identify potential new store locations in international markets is a part of the job as well as coordinating and prioritizing new store opportunities and projects.The job includes developing the ACNE Partner Studio concept and identify and evaluate potential ACNE Studio partners.You as a retail manager is also responsible for final store opening recommendations / business case.Other requirements is to manage lease negotiations, initial store incorporation agreements and approvement of store location contracts.It is also important that you manage new store building projects in order to ensure success and timely opening of new stores.This includes managing contractors as well as ACNE jeans staff.You will communicate timeliness and schedules to Management team, departments, and employees.
