Job description
We are searching for a competent, highly motivated and intelligent Acquisition Account Manager who is looking to supercharge their career in a rapidly growing startup.

The position is dedicated to customer acquisition and will primarily focus on driving new business opportunities
acquiring new customers through outbound inquiries. The main responsibility is to make outbound prospecting
communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources.

Develop a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain-points. Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting the boost.ai solution.
You will have a Sales quota and are expected to deliver results on a monthly basis. Document all activity within Salesforce and take pride in managing the sales funnel properly. Provide management with a weekly update. Other related job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the SaaS industry, ideally with a focus in sales, customer experience,digital transformation and start-up environments. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual
satisfaction.

Key tasks
-Make outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling,
networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources.
-Own and drive the sales process from identifying potential customer and partner leads through to a completed
agreement. Our partners are consultancy firms who provide sales and implementation support, as well as
resellers from the contact center industry.
-Lead presentations, demonstrations, and business cases to explain, demonstrate, and prove in-depth what
boost.ai's platform can do and how to successfully deploy it.
-Work with Partners to support them with the sales processes, when required.
-Contribute significantly to the tendering and bid processes.
-Work closely with both the marketing and development teams to ensure that technical, architectural and
competitive blockers are communicated and escalated to the appropriate channel.
-Provide clients with technical support and sales insight to build credible, compelling business cases.
-Expertly lead c-level executive sales meetings (the distribution pre-pandemic between face-to-face and virtual
meetings was 50/50 and we expect this to resume in the future).
-Ensure a full and comprehensive handover to the AI supervisor or appropriate partner delivery team member
for them to fulfil their role as a key account manager.
-Due to our growing client base, you must be able to travel for approximately 20+ days a year (pre-pandemic),
mainly in Sweden.
-Act as a trusted advisor and have a strong presence on social media.
-Participate in industry conferences and trade-shows.
-Collaborate with assigned resources from BID management, presales and partner managers.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
-A proven track record within B2B sales with at least 2 years experience.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
-Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
-Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines.
-Experience with developing sales pipelines and relationships with partners.
-Experience within contact centers and chat as a channel is positive.
- Ability to converse with and influence senior leaders in companies.
-A strong technical understanding is a key requirement of the role to ensure you are competent enough to answer any questions related to security, hosting options, privacy and other technical and business impact assessments.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish with
experience in delivering presentations and product demonstrations.

-Highly skilled relationship manager, able to demonstrate negotiation and organizational skills, with a proven track record of experience in managing complex selling processes as well as various customer and partner stakeholder relationships.
-In order to succeed in our industry, you must have a genuine interest in business
development within tech.
-University degree to the Bachelor level.
-Experience with Salesforce a plus.
-Strong working knowledge of Google Workplace/G Suite is a plus.
