Act! Logistics Business Process Expert

Mining and Rock Excavation Service is a division within Atlas Copco?s Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area. With 4 000 employees in more than 60 countries and distribution centers in China, Sweden and the United States, Mining and Rock Excavation Service provides a complete range of services with the aim to maximize customers? productivity. The division focuses on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. It is based in Örebro, Sweden.

Mission
The mission of this position is to actively participate in the global roll out of act! and contribute to the development and delivery of change management in the organization as a whole that is now possible thanks to the act! project. It includes also making sure that the requirements of the MR Logistics Council and MR blueprint are delivered within the act! project and process improvements are implemented and utilized by the organization.

Job description
This role will contribute to the successful deployment of SAP and to implement the required changes to business practices in all CCs. The key responsibilities and activity areas:
· Assist the CCs in creation and delivery of a Business Plan for sustainable and improved execution of logistical processes within the CCs live on SAP
· Assist in the synchronization of DC/PC/Divisional priorities in support of CC logistics operational excellence
· Work with the Act! project team, our Customer Centers and other MR functions to ensure the right set-up of organization, supply chain network and system parameters in the new SAP solution.
· Assist in implementation and full benefit realization of GIM (our Global Inventory Management system) as strategic process for CCs supply chain management together with SAP
· Guide and train the users to embrace the changes and new features enabled with SAP
· Actively contribute to the governance of the act! project and collaborate with other Business Areas to develop and maintain a standardized global solution
· Support CCs Logistics business transformation activities to Shared business Resources (Hub & Spoke)
· Ensure the standardized Logistics KPIs across Business Areas are delivered by the act! Project
· Assist in the improvement of global master data and the automated delivery systems to act!
· Support the supply chain competence development effort in our organization

Educational requirements
· Relevant experience in all faces of Customer Center logistics sales and operations
· Experience in global supply chain management, enhancing and maintaining master data, project management
· Experience in working in a distributed global team
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
