About the role The Credit & Cash Collection Manager leads a team of four coworkers responsible for cash & credit activities in Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden respectively.You will report directly to our CFO and be a part of the leadership team for Finance including Controlling, Accounting, Credit and HR. Your key responsibilities will be to lead, motivate and develop the credit management team and systems.You will initiate and implement improved management controls, procedures and accountability.Your team is also responsible for accuracy of local customer ledgers, records and bonus calculations.To be successful in this role it's crucial to act proactively and to develop excellent working relationships with our customers - external and internal. About the right candidate You have a university degree in finance/accounting, experience from credit management and a passion for sports.This is an exciting job for an analytical, organized and thorough candidate with great interpersonal and leadership skills.You are fluent in English and Swedish as well as good knowledge in other Scandinavian languages.High IT skills, expecially in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP) are also important.More information Please send your application via www.navigio.se by 29 October.
