Seavus AB is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for Finance and HR administration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR administration;
- Salary calculation;
- Incoming Invoice registration;
- Statements and work permits for employees;
- Arranging travel and accommodation of employees.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years as office administrator, preferably in IT industry;
- Previous experience as financial administrator;
- English and Swedish is a must, Macedonian or Serbian is advantage.
COMPETENCES:
- Excellent people skills
- Sharp verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence, flexibility, and high personal responsibility
- Impeccable personal ethics
- Strong cross-culture insight and adaptability;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Package
The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and is based upon experience.
