Bemannia är ett komplett fullserviceföretag inom bemanningsbranchen. Ledningen för Bemannia har över 20 års erfarenhet och har mycket väl utbildade och kompetenta medarbetare. Bemannia rekryterar och hyr ut personal inom affärsområdena Kontor, Ekonomi, IT, Lager & Industri. Bemannia finns i trivsamma lokaler i Nacka. We are now looking for a administrator for work in central Stockholm. Responsibilities * General admin - telephone answering, faxing, photocopying and filing * Organising and booking meetings, presentations and workshops, meals and hotel accommodation * Liaison with serviced offices manager * Coordinating Q&A process with authority and bid team * Arranging for translation of documents * Coordinating document flow between bid team and production house * Managing the capture of bid information and document storage on shared electronic filing system Qualifications * Fluent in English and Swedish * Comfortable working with people from a number of different countries (Britain/Hong Kong/Sweden/Denmark) and technical/commercial backgrounds * Ability to work to deadlines and handle pressure * Flexible and reliable regarding hours of work, willing to work some Saturdays and some late nights towards end of bid phase * Good MS skills - MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint * Familiar with using MS Word templates * Not afraid to chase people for information * A self-starter, proactive, able to take the initiative Please send your application and mark it "Administrator".
