ACC is providing expert services in cutting edge IT solutions and is looking for an ambitious and driven administrative assistant.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Your typical tasks may include:
· Answering incoming calls and inquires; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
· Dealing with enquiries
· Taking minutes
· Data entry
· General office management such as ordering stationary
· Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts etc.
· Potentially arranging both internal and external events
Except for the above administrative tasks your tasks may potentially include relationship management and negotiation with suppliers in mainland China and elsewhere. You might also be representing the company in various conditions and contexts that could include international fairs and exhibitions. This position will offer you plenty of opportunities to grow and evolve your career.
Required skills:
- Service focussed mind set and personality
- Language skills in English and Chinese
Advantageous skills:
- Experience from service focused positions
- Language skills in German
Benefits and wage:
Wage according to agreement. Insurances, pension, employee discounts and more depending on suitable candidate.
Some degree of remote work in this position is allowed but physical attendance is preferred.
