OM TJÄNSTEN
We are now looking for an administrator on behalf of SEB for their Trade Finance department. It is a role that requires a large dose of structure and flexibility as there are large inflows of documents that must be handled daily. You will belong to a team of 3 people who are responsible for their own areas but are always there for each other and support each other. They are constantly working to streamline the document management process, which means that there are opportunities to come up with proposals for new ways of working.
You will receive training from your more senior colleagues where you will, among other things, learn the products you work with and how the daily tasks should be handled in the best way. Thereafter, you will be responsible for your area but in continued close consultation with your colleagues within the same diversion.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Handling of different types of documents that are scanned for review or processing by your colleagues on other sites
- Note which documents have been obtained, for some products sanction checks are carried out by counterparties and then scanned
- Depending on the inflow, other administrative tasks may occur
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks
- Are fluent in English as it is used in daily work
It is an advantage if you:
* Have previous experience in Trade Finance
* Have good knowledge of Swedish, both speech and writing
* Have good knowledge of French and Spanish

* Start: As soon as possible
* Scope: Full-time, up to and including 30 / 9–22.
* Location: Gothenburg, Östra Hamngatan.
