ADS PD practise consists of 5 teams including the Purchasing team. There are approx. 20 employees and 150 consultants today. We think we will be
approx. 30 employees at the end of this year

Job Description

There are a number of new projects and maintenance of legacy applications that ADS has to take responsibility for. The team leader responsibility
(Application/Technology Manager) for Purchasing means:
Governs, leads all work activities in the team like new projects, maintenance tasks
Manage all consultants in the team
Secure resources for all Projects/Maintenance tasks within the team
Responsible for Renaissance for the team
Is not responsible for salary revisions, personal development
Participate in ADS practise/Coe management meetings
Sends request to ITCC for new/prologue/cancellation consultants
Secure training, ITPM tests and effective integration in work teams
Responsible for PIBA updates
Manage prios of resources within the ADS practise or CoE teams together with the other team leaders
Follow-up projects and maintenance tasks together with PTG team leader
like cost, content, time, quality
Accountable for all following ITPM incl. ACR, SCRP, ICR.
Manage all new (FMC) internal initiatives/tasks together with the team

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
Possess a very good understanding of Volvo Car Corporation's products,
business strategy and company philosophy
Stress-tolerance and a positive outlook
Capability to be efficient and well-organised in their work, applying
structured processes and procedures
Good logical and analytical skills
Respect for and a strong appreciation of multiple
cultures/nationalities/viewpoints
Ability to create, maintain and benefit from contact networks
