LYNK & CO is a newly launched global car brand with the aim to re-design the entire process of buying, owning and using a car.

We are a fast growing team based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Hangzhou, China, with the objective to reshape the customer journey and change mobility as we know it.

Aftersales Parts and Accessories Manager

As the Aftersales Parts and Accessories manager you will develop and manage the parts and accessories portfolio that ensures true LYNK & CO customer value and a good Aftersales business. You will be part of our creative and dynamic global Aftersales team.

You are a passionate and customer oriented person with a strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development. You are also an ambitious team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop and manage parts and accessories portfolio that ensures true LYNK & CO customer value and a good
- Aftersales business on a global market.
- Support the business planning process, including budget and forecast processes
- Set targets and follow up on portfolio sale performance
- Secure robust stakeholder management and communication
- Proactively collect learnings and best practices from the market, share them within the organization

WHO ARE YOU?

- University degree level in Business, Economics or related discipline
- 3-5 years of global commercial experience
- Experience of supplier management of parts and accessory
- Practical experience from working in automotive or at retail is meritorious
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, team player
- Ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
- Travel will be required
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
