Job Description:
As we prepare for 2026 and beyond, our Aftersales team faces increased technical demands and global product launches. To meet these challenges, we are seeking a Global Central Aftersales Developer & Trainer who will design and deliver high-quality training programs and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful global rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Assess training requirements and define learning objectives based on source materials and stakeholder input.
Design and deliver technical and Aftersales training programs (digital and in-person) across global markets.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Software Development, Car Service Business) and external suppliers to align timelines and content.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, reviewing and validating training materials for accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
Oversee training roadmaps, structure, and quality of delivery.
Prepare resources and assets for learning events, including vehicle preparation when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement of training methods and instructional materials.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain an organized work environment.



Qualifications
Training design and/or delivery experience in a technical or automotive context.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Automotive Aftersales environment and topics.
Ability to work across departments and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
High level of curiosity, rigor, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage global projects.
Fluent in Swedish and English

40 hours per week
Permanent
Monday-Friday
