Agile Coach

Agile Coach

Arbetsbeskrivning

Do you want to help us build a world-class product and tech organisation? We have now established a new Nordic marketplace organisation and set some very ambitious goals for what we will achieve in the coming years. For this to work, we must establish and continuously improve a common way of working where we build on the strengths from the past and create something fantastic together. To do so, we are building a new team that will serve nearly 80 Product Development teams. Teams that everyday serve millions of users all around the Nordics with great products and services. Your contribution will have an impact!
Schibsted Marketplaces consists of highly loved brands in four countries. FINN in Norway, Blocket in Sweden, Tori and Oikotie in Finland and DBA and Bilbasen in Denmark. Individually we have had great success in each of our markets, but now we are making some big changes. We are going from a country based organisation, to a vertical (Real Estate, Recommerce, Mobility and Jobs) based organisation across the countries. This means endless opportunities. Just imagine the power we unleash when we work smarter in a Nordic vertical setup instead of doing the same things in four different countries …

What you’ll be up to
We are a new team consisting of individuals who are well above average interested in how both teams and people work together to create value. We love the interplay and complexity of human interaction with process and outcome. As a team we work across the whole organisation and the different disciplines to make sure that we nail an effective way of working across the Nordics. We will achieve this by helping individuals, teams and the larger ecosystem of Nordic Marketplaces to adopt and continuously improve agile practices and methods and make sure that we continuously iterate on better ways of delivering value to our users and customers.
As Agile Coach in NMP, we expect you to support and coach individuals, teams and units in agile ways of working.
