What's in it for you?
As an Agile coach/RTE, you will support our Digital Finance Corporate cluster.
In the Digital Finance Corporate cluster, we support our Corporate Finance Functions, including Global Finance delivery, financial planning, and analytic teams, with digital deliveries. 
Our Cluster purpose is to secure a reliable system landscape and to implement digital enablers to give back time to our employees so they can focus on more value adding activities. 

What you’ll do:
You will be driving improvements as well as deliveries according to the prioritized cluster backlog as well as coaching and leading cluster Scrum Masters.
You will book and lead all Cluster Ceremonies in a fun and engaging way.
You will manage and provide transparency – relevant, clear, and accurate metrics.
You will proactively manage stakeholders by supporting our Program Owners (PO) and successfully deliver according to the agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner.
You will support the Engineering lead and Product Cluster lead in various administrative tasks in order to reach efficiency.
You will proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk, impediments, and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery.
You will together with our teams create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion, and good communication.

Who you are: 
We are looking for you who have an excellent knowledge of Agile (mindset and values), and have worked as an Agile coach/RTE, Release Train Engineer, or with complex digital projects before.  You have a good understanding of the IT process and the software development lifecycle and you have documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultural team members and distributed teams.  We see that you enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table and have the willingness to drive initiatives of both agile and more traditional character.  
You are dependable, well-grounded, willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult – and committed to empowering others and, have experience in building a strong team and, subsequently, team development in a setting of multi-faceted teams in a fast-paced environment.  In addition, you have great communication and networking skills and are good at driving collaboration across the value chain, and you have a strong drive and are analytical, goal-oriented, and structured.  Last but not least, you are experienced in leading change, and interested in continuously developing yourself as well as others, and Enjoy structuring large events, and meetings and also facilitating in a good manner.

The position is located in Gothenburg.
