UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings requirs at least three years work experience from the IT business. For work with our customer we are looking for a an experienced software consultant with focus on agile processes and methods. Job description Lead step-by-step migration to use agile principles in upcoming development projects.Seamless introduction Coach several small development teams Continuously monitor/analyze/measure change in team performance.Contribute to the department's development methods by using already acquired best-practises. Rock solid knowledge within agile development (in theory as well as practical experience).Relevant experience from several software development projects (experience from small/big teams, multisite development, iterative/incremental approaches, test development etc).Proven ability to incrementally change processes and methods in software developing organizations.Strong software developing skills (preferably real-time development in C++ or similar language).General understanding of telecom systems and their complex test strategies. Wanted competence Knowledge within telecom platforms and protocols (e.g.SIP, Diameter, Radius, IMS, TCP/IP, TSP etc).Experience from test driven development.Experience from adjusting software development tool chains to further support way-of-working.
