Agile Product Owner (APO) for the Pega Platform

About the job You will be a part of a cross functional team responsible for the evolvement and life cycle management of the Pega platform. The team will take part in central coordination of the platform usage, tools, environments and test and to build best practices for the usage of the Pega platform. The team will also secure that the platform is up to date according to its stated purpose and general efficiency needs

As APO you will be responsible for deliveries of the team and for maximizing the value of the investment opportunity and the work of the cross functional team. You will collect requirements from different stakeholders and prioritize them in the backlog – find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory  items, etc.

You must have a strong technical background and architectural skills to be able to prioritize between short-term business critical needs and what is needed to make sure the Pega platform is prepared for our long term strategies. 

 

What you need to succeed: You have a degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science;
You are experienced with the Pega platform. Pega certificate is considered a plus;
Strong architectural skills with experience from large complex IT systems;
You are able to prioritize and make decisions in the interest of Swedbank meaning keeping balance between short-term and long-term needs;
You have strong coordination skills and excel in communication both towards the cross functional team and other stakeholders;
Very good level understanding of software development and maintenance;
You are analytical and have good problem solving skills;
You are a great team player and you have a structured way of working.
 

What you may have worked with previously:

We think you are a Senior SW Engineer or Architect with strong knowledge about the Pega platform.
