IKEA Core Business Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.
Supply Chain Development (SCD) is going into the next phase of a great journey. By gathering the end-to-end supply chain development agenda into one organisation, embedding process and the development and management of digital solutions into the business, we create the best preconditions for meeting the future with the right competences and business capabilities. By this we will also create the preconditions to a world class supply chain that enable IKEA to efficiently respond to the ever-changing customer needs.
The SCD function includes five areas; Sourcing, Design & Planning, Execution, Intralogistics & Market logistics. Additionally SCD has three assignments to lead and keep together the overarching development in the field of Technology in Supply, Packaging & Identification for total IKEA and the Development Networks to lead collaborative innovation approach around Logistics and Fulfilment.
Three support functions will be key to support the whole organisation: BN & Portfolio mgmt., Communication and People & Culture. Our mission is to design & secure the preconditions for a world class supply chain, run and improve everyday solutions, keep together and optimize the development and innovation agenda.

We are adopting an Agile ways of working and having the ability to be flexible with our resources based on the development agenda is crucial in delivering satisfaction to our customer/end users.
As an Agile Team Coach you will create sustainable customer value, growth and profitability for IKEA by leading and contributing to the company development work; how we work, lead and organize, with process orientation as the starting-point.
As an Agile Team Coach you will be responsible for:
Responsible for the adoption of lean and agile principles so teams are effective in achieving its purpose and delivering customer value to IKEA
Provide coaching, guidance and training towards roles within SCD as well as other roles within Supply in order to adopt, implement and improve agile ways of working
Ensure collaboration and alignment between teams in order to secure engagement around shared business value
Organise and run planning meetings, ensuring teams reach a collective agreement on the work for the period i.e. there is an agreed backlog and plan in the digital tool JIRA
Remove any potential blockers to deliver agreed work for the period and escalate whenever needed.
Educate and help members of the team to understand how they can contribute in becoming a high performing team
Sustain the internal agile community and champion involvement in external agile communities to share information, improve skills and actively work on advancing the knowledge within the area of expertise
Provide transparency and visibility on the team’s activity/progress to be able to quickly respond to change
Track and use empirical data to produce objective measures and ensure continuous improvement
Advocate and demonstrate the benefits of the lean and agile way of working in the organisation in order to build the agile capability, both across SCD as well as within the Supply

Qualifications

You are interested in process way of working, digitalization and finding new ways of working and are highly motivated to do this by leading business through people and collaborate and interact with different stakeholders.
You have proven experience and knowledge in:
Expert level of understanding of lean and agile development practices and working in agile teams
Extensive knowledge of servant leadership, empowering people and teams
Extensive knowledge of the psychology of teams and group dynamics
Good knowledge of product mindset
Good knowledge of scaling agile frameworks
Good knowledge of agile organisational theory
Good knowledge of stakeholder management
Good knowledge of the core business of INTER IKEA
Good knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
Intermediate knowledge of software development practices and execution
Experience of working with supply chain and supply chain planning
