Agile Team Coach to NetEnt

Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find an Agile Team Coach to NetEnt Games Studio Stockholm. 

NetEnt is a leading provider of premium gaming solutions to the world’s most successful online casino operators like Unibet, Mr. Green and Betsson. They have been a true pioneer in driving the market with thrilling games powered by their cutting-edge platform. NetEnt consists of 900 employees in total, of which 500 are based at their Head Quarter in downtown Stockholm, just across the street from the Central Station. 

NetEnt is expanding and thus looking for a new talented co-worker to join their Games Studio. The Games Studio’s common goal is to stay ahead and always develop top of the line games. Their biggest and most important assets are their teams of highly skilled and motivated employees that encourage each other to thrive. Their teams consist of a variety of different skills, nationalities and personalities but they have one thing in common - the passion to succeed together.

As an Agile Team Coach you will coach agile and lean values and principles, focusing on improvements of team delivery, team and cross-team collaboration. You will be working closely to the developers to support them in their journey towards their longterm objectives. The role as an Agile Team Coach is comprehensive and wide with the responsibility to remove impediments and proactively seek continuous improvements and challenge both the team and NetEnt. 

The person NetEnt is looking for has at least a couple of years of hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach, Agile PO or Scrum Master within software development. You have experience using a combination of lean and agile practices to help teams to succeed. Experience of comprehensive change management in a large scale organization is a plus. Since the working language is English, it is vital that you are fluent in English.

You have the ability and desire to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenge and support them in their continuous improvement. Since you will be working in a fast paced environment and owning and improving you way of working, you need to be flexible, open to new things and to self-improve. You are unafraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments, truly passionated about agile ways of working and you have good leadership skills with excellent ability to motivate others.
