Agile tester to Tre!

We are now looking for a dedicated tester who wants to take the challenge to make Tre's systems and services even better! 

The person we are looking for will be part of a team in our IT department responsible for several business-critical systems within the area of sales. The IT-Sales team often works with technically complex and high priority requirements. The requirements include new services or products to be sold in new or existing sales systems. The team consists of a mix of developers, business analysts and testers with different nationalities who enjoys working together. We have an open culture where we always strive to help each other so we together reach the goals.   

Work tasks:

• Work in an agile development team that works with continuous delivery in short sprints and ensures delivery in time with high quality
• Help the team to define test plans and test strategies
• Perform manual system and integration tests in a complex architecture
• Coordinate E2E activities across different teams at IT
• Support the team in building automated regression tests across multiple platforms
• Suggest and implement quality improvement measures 


Who are you?

We believe you are passionate about testing, assuring high quality deliverables and have a continuous improvement mindset. You have several years of experience as a tester where you have implemented test plans and quality improvement measures. To be comfortable with us, you should also have experience working with testing as part of an agile culture as well as tools for automated testing. You are a positive team player with good communication skills and have a very good ability to cooperate with a great motivation and power of action. As a person, you have the ability to prioritize what is business critical and are careful in your work. 

We also believe you have some of the following experiences/qualities:

• Oracle E Business Suite and SQL
• Peoplesoft CRM
• Tibco business works
• Web services (SOAP or REST) and tests of these using Postman or SOAP UI
• Selenium for web application testing
• Java, Git, Stash, Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, WebLogic and Linux environments
• Jira for demand management, planning and error reporting
