Agile/Scrum Consultant We are looking for a passionate agile/scrum consultant for our client who is located in central Stockholm. Our client is looking for someone who is honest, hardworking and passionate and will in return provide an environment for both personal and professional growth. At this work you will get the correct tools to perform beyond your own expectation. Job description You will provide our client's customers with scrum experts to help improve their quality and efficiency in developing software and in adding business value. You will be responsible for- Evaluating how the customers have implemented Scrum.- Helping customers improve their implementation of Scrum by providing these customers with Scrum Coaching.- Working as a Scrum Master at our various customers.- Taking care of customer assignments that are not related to Scrum.- Actively improving their internal Scrum processes and tools.- Reporting weekly to the Agile/Scrum Business Unit.- Working with the sales team in building networks for future assignments. Requirements- A degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.- At least three year experience as a line manager.- At least three years documented experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Certified Scrum MasterFluent in English and Swedish.
