Alumni - Executive Search Researcher

Alumni is the leading Executive Search and Strategic HR company in Sweden and operates on the international market through our owner Harvey Nash. Alumni is expanding within the Nordic and north European markets and we are looking for a new researcher to join, and contribute to the development of, our world class research department. As a researcher at Alumni your work will be project- and team based and you will have the responsibility for the total sourcing and qualification phase of the recruitment process. You will be measured on both individual goals and project performance measures as well as on our core values; Collegiality, Excellence, Pioneering and Long-term focus. Your main tasks will be to: - Take an active part in client meetings - Network, build and maintain long-term relations with relevant candidates - Be responsible for analyzing and mapping out relevant industries, companies and potential candidates - Thorough telephone interviews with potential candidates - Actively contribute to internal business development projects We are looking for a networker with a passion for people and business intelligence. You should have good business acumen and an excellent ability to communicate with people in different environments. Requirements are: - Academic Degree - Between 0-5 years of relevant work experience - Ambition to work and grow within the Executive Search business - Knowledge of and interest in the business and commercial field - Fluent in Swedish and/or Scandinavian and English, verbally and written Meriting is prior experience from research work, information/database search and/or personality assessment tools. International experience and knowledge in other Nordic languages are desirable but not a requirement.
