IDEAL OF SWEDEN is known for its exclusive and fashion-forward influencer design collaborations and ambassador campaigns. Previously we have successfully launched global design and ambassador campaigns with well-established influencers including Leonie Hanne, Negin Mirsalehi, Janni Olsson Delér, Maria Kragmann, and AMIAYA, to name a few. Are you passionate about influencer marketing, communication, and marketing? Are you a multitasker who loves high tempo and project management? You will be responsible for IDEAL OF SWEDEN's local design collaborations and ambassador campaigns in all key markets; all the way from strategy and scouting to execution and follow-up. You will make sure all collaborations are aligned with our marketing strategy, commercial calendar, brand, and following the set objectives in order to create the right brand awareness and strategically improve sales.

The role requires an excellent sense for building networks, creating and maintaining long-term relationships, as well as outstanding organization skills allowing you to keep track of multiple projects and different timelines. Furthermore, our new Design Collaboration Specialist will be responsible for budgeting for collaborations and campaigns, sales-follow up, which requires good understanding of e-commerce related KPIs, good skills in excel, and good understanding of P&L and how the campaigns are affecting the overall result.

Responsibilities

• Find, contact, and sign selected international influencers, who are in line with IDEAL OF SWEDEN´s brand and strategy and will collaborate with us either in ambassador campaign(s) or in a design collaboration
• Be responsible for the collaboration agreements, negotiations, and budgets
• Help to lead the project between the different stakeholders – both internally and externally
• Optimize, evaluate and create clear and inspirational briefings & Product Bundles for our Influencers for each campaign
• Help out with PR Activities
• Help out with events and marketing activities connected to design collaboration launches
• Follow up, evaluation, and analysis of collaborations and campaigns based on set KPIs

Essential Characteristics

• Experience from influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
• Good skills in budgeting and excel, a good understanding of e-commerce related KPIs and P&L
• Fluency in English both in verbal and written form.
• Trustworthy and social with a “networking attitude”
• Driven, ambitious with a growth mindset that nothing is impossible
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in social media, marketing, and sales
• A degree within sales and/or digital marketing

• The position is a full-time position
• You will be based in Stockholm.
• You will report to our CMO.
• Start in March 2021
