Codemill sells and develops video apps to the World's leading media companies. In the past years we have had a great journey at Codemill and we have expanded our knowledge, skills and number of employees. For 2021 and onwards we will expand even more and we have a lot of exciting opportunities ahead of us. This is why we are looking to expand our Sales Department with Analysts who can join us in this venture.
At Codemill we build cloud based video applications that are used within the media workflow. Our tools help our customers to manage quality control, marketing, editing and automatic adjustments and AI services. Our core product is Accurate Video (accurate.video), that is used within the media and broadcasting business for video production. We sell Accurate Video to Global Top 100 media companies and some customers are Sony Pictures, Viacom, The Guardian and others that we’re not allowed to name drop :)

About the position
The Analyst role could as well have been called Businessman or Sales person, since you will work with sales and be part of the Sales Department. This individual will be a part of establishing new cloud based go-to-market strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implementing these strategies in practice.
The Analyst will work both in teams with experienced salespeople, as well as independently. The tasks consist of outreach processing with the selected customer segment and target individuals via e-mail, telephone or other types of marketing activities.

You need to have a strong drive to succeed and easily find your own motivation in the business. As a person you are unpretentious; a hard working individual who wants to learn how to do business and make the business grow. You are responsible for achieving your own sales goals, based on your analysis of the customer target group in the part of the market you are responsible for. We think that you are newly graduated from your academic studies or have been working as a mid level sales representative with proven, excellent results.


Your qualifications
Master´s or Bachelor's degree in Business och Engineeering or related field
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
IT-/Technical interest and knowledge
Strong merit: Experience from video technology or media industry
