This position is based in the Gothenbug office which currently has 18 employees. PURPOSE OF ROLE To provide leadership and direction to the Customer and Sales Support Teams operating within the Nordic region. The focus is on developing the software business through the provision of quality and responsive Customer and Sales Support, interfacing directly with the Marketing and Sales Groups, and interacting closely with the Business and Development Units. Directly supervise the Team members associated with these activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Support - Customer Training - Sales Support - Channel Partner Support - Marketing Assistance - Business Unit Interaction - Performance Improvement - Infrastructure and Interaction - Human Resources - Financial and Legal responsibilty MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Technical or engineering degree-level education. A higher degree is a plus. - Proven and effective team management skills, and significant leadership experience among highly-qualified technical professionals. - Experience with engineering applications of complex simulation software products. - Practical knowledge of computer-aided engineering software, such as CAD, CFD, FE, geometry modelling, and mesh generation software. - Understanding and appreciation of modelling and numerical method theory. PERSONALITY - Drive for results. - Good organizational, time & project management skills. - Excellent communication, rhetoric & presentation skills. - Attention to detail. - Good interpersonal skills. - Creativity. - Willingness to change. - Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
