Assignment:

As application engineer within the food industry you:
• Test and develop products and material at our customers concerning sustainability, hygiene, safety etc.
• Ensure that the customer gets the most out of our products and their processes.
• Conveys knowledge and news.
• Update customer needs and requests as well as market and competitors
• Provides input to sales organization and product development
• Geographical working area is Scandinavia.
• Start from home office
• Travel a couple of days a week
• Responsible for planning and organizing your working schedule

Who enjoys working here?

We expect you to have relevant education preferably with specialization in foods and/or the material used. You have at least a few years of experience in technical work in the food industry, e.g. product development, concept development, packaging or quality. A technical interest and very good analytical skills are prerequisites for success. You are service minded and pedagogical and your meeting with the customer is characterized by positive energy and business acumen. Since you are thorough and result-oriented, you always deliver good quality work according to Sealed Air´s rules and procedures. Very good oral and written Swedish and English, as well as driver´s license is a requirement.
It is a full-time position and appropriate place of residence is somewhere in southern Sweden. Sealed Air provides a solid introduction including an international education for our application engineers.
