Systemair is now recruiting an Application Manager with focus on promoting and developing synergies between our Air handling units and Air conditioning products with the goal to increase even more the energy efficiency and customer friendliness of our solutions.

As an Application Manager, you will play an important role for the future of Systemair and the businesses profitability in these Business Areas. You get the opportunity to travel and work in an international environment.

In this role you will work closely with the Products Managers and Products Area Directors of our AHU line, AC line and Controls as well as other function within the group such as Marketing, IT etc.

You will report directly to Global Product Director.

Main duties and responsibilities will include


• Apply the set product strategies into this application
• Manages the execution of the multi-year roadmap for the portfolio
• Understand market requirements and market & technology trends for current and future products.
• Develops and communicates compelling Value Proposition
• Monitor competition with respect to market performance, product portfolio and product performance
• Create technical documentation and marketing material
• Promote that selection tools have full AHU/AC application support and are up to date
• Educate our sales colleagues to boost AHU and AC system sales
• Participates in technical meetings, conferences, workshops, industry days, trade shows and association events

Qualifications and Experience


• Master of science or similar education
• Experience from the HVAC market specifically the AC sector (chillers, VRFs etc) and Air handling units
• Experience in BMS integration and Integration of different type of system
• Working experience in a European environment

Personal Qualities


• Structured
• Good communication skills
• Used to working in a dynamic environment with high speed
• Taking initiatives and have good skills in creating long lasting relations
• Languages: excellent English, oral and written. Further language skills
are beneficial
