This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role of application support specialist, you work with 2nd line support for approximately 15,000 users in a global organization. Your primary task is to handle cases and troubleshoot. The cases come in through the ticket system ServiceNow with more of a complex nature where an example of a case can be that a function in the system Maconomy doesn’t work so that advanced troubleshooting is required. You support users in five different systems, which include Maconomy and Pagero. Finally, you work with managing documentation, updating internal support manuals and testing new releases.

You belong to a team of ten people, who work together to provide good service to the organization's users. As we see that you can acquire much of the knowledge for this position internally at Sweco, we will in this recruitment put a lot of focus on your personal qualities and your drive to develop in the area.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• We believe you have one of the two following backgrounds:
- A couple of years’ working experience with ERP- or finance systems in a finance position
- Completed studies within Computer Science and/or other IT-education with experience in supporting users in ERP or financial systems
• Great interest in IT and systems and the willingness to learn
• Fluent English in speech and writing, knowledge in Swedish is an advantage
• Good knowledge within similar ERP-systems

Merit:
• Experience of working in Maconomy, Basware or Visma Credit Manager
