For our customer we are looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Job description:

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to take on a mission in the area of connectivity and electrification, working with trends such as Car & Ride sharing and autonomous drive. Our customer aims to bring the automotive industry into the digital society with the ambition to create a more sustainable and safer automotive world. As Application support specialist you will secure that agreed Service Levels are maintained towards customers, helping them stay ahead and supply attractive and reliable services towards their end customers. Together with your team you are responsible for the support and service monitoring for all customers. You and your team are also responsible for the central monitoring services OP5 and Graphite for all customers.

Our customer use agile development methods and the teams learn and share knowledge to develop both skills and the passion of the work. Required skills:

AWS + Monitoring experience (Graphite, Datadog or similar)

You have Linux and DB knowledge (SQL).

Good understanding of Support and Agile methodologies.

Customer support experience.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

As a person you are driven, have good communication skills and enjoy working in a global team.

Fluent in English, spoken and written.
