About the role
You probably have experience in marketing, media and communication field or equivalent. You need to have a good knowledge about the United Arab Emirates marketing landscape and all country specific marketing opportunities. To fit in this role, you are a service-oriented, committed and driven person who makes things happen. We also believe that you have a mind for details while enjoying a high pace and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. As we are a small company in rapid development, it is a lot that is changing and improving over time. Therefore, you will find good opportunities to improve and develop your own workplace and work description.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include, but are not be limited to:
Starting phase:
Initial translations of the entire website to Arabic according to all SEO best practises (internal course and guidance will be provided)
Initial market research step with evaluating largest potential marketing opportunities

Implementation phase:
Learn details and implement initial proof-of-concept tests for highest potential marketing channels
Learn customer service (see detailed list below) and do customer service for the customers we get. In a later stage if sales increase sufficiently we will take in a full time customer service so that you can do marketing full time.
Continue to increase marketing reach through all plattforms where we see positive results from the proof-of-contept tests.
Learn influencer marketing and carry out according to list below

Influencer marketing:
Contacting bloggers and influencers in the United Arab Emirates.
Setting up collaborations and building long term relationships.
Gathering data of every profile and collaboration due to evaluation purposes.
Taking care of all incoming cooperation requests for your markets.

Customer service:
Assist customers by email with their inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipment.
Ensure all customer issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure best individual service to collect as many as possible great Trustpilot reviews and ensure the best score and among all competitors.
Make sure all information goes to the right corporate interfaces.
Take care of product returns and make sure logistics are running smoothly.
Actively initiate improvements regarding processes and solutions.
Helping out in other markets if needed.

Further:
Translations for new products/newsletter/website
Being responsible for the Google Ads Account for Turkey (internal courses will be provided).
Further marketing related tasks and projects

Your Profile
Knowledge in marketing/communication preferred.
You are able to manage your time efficiently by working very structured and organized.
You are familiar with the use of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
You are on a native level in Arabic.
You are fluent in English or Swedish.
You are a team player and ambitious.
You are flexible and open-minded.
You are a driven and motivated person that sees the bigger picture and more in the position than just a regular job.
You understand the structure and work life at a start up and like it.
You are able and like to think outside the box.

Salary
Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience.

Our office is located in the city center at Birger Jarlsgatan 41b within close walking distance from both the red and green subway line.
