We are extending our team with an additional senior recruiter that will contribute to CEVTs success by securing our future talents.
CEVT HR team consist of 25+ dedicated coworkers together covering the full HR scope. As we work cross functionally within the full team you will be expected to support in other areas and projects when needed.

This is what you will do most of the time:

As a Senior Recruiter you will act as an advisor, partnering up with Hiring Managers to ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs and when needed challenge them. You will act as a project leader for the complete recruitment cycle and be involved from job ad to job offer including sourcing. You will provide valuable input and continuous improvement within the full candidate experience including on/off boarding. Together with our communication department you will drive and execute branding initiatives.

Key attributes and previous experience:

You have a flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change quickly. You are comfortable with stakeholders at all levels and possess great relationship building skills. With input from stakeholders, employees and candidates you strive to always be better and challenge to improve existing processes. The ability to inspire and motivate candidates to join us sits in your DNA and you have previous experience from working with branding strategy. We believe that you have at least 5 years solid recruitment experience including proactive search within a wide range of areas such as automotive engineers, tech, corporate functions etc. If you have a global network and are experienced in attracting international talent, it’s a plus. As we are a multicultural company it’s a must that you are fluent in English, written and spoken.
