We are establishing a Polish team for one of the leading telecom operators in Sweden, Comviq.

Comviq´s vision is to give people the most affordable mobile solution. They are also known for constantly trying new ways to challenge and give customers more value for the money.

Therefore , we are building a new generation sales center, called Mission Center, together with Comviq .

As part of the team you contact Polish customers that use the Comviq prepaid solution through phone to offer them Comviq´s new favorable fixed-price mobile phone subscription.

You also handle incoming calls from Polish Comviq customers.

For us, a positive customer experience is the road to good sales. Therefore, we are aiming for the highest possible quality in all our customer contacts.

Requirements

You need to be fluent in Polish. Some Swedish or English is also required.

You are passionate about sales and service that gives the customer an extremely positive experience.

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
