Academic Work is looking for two Merchandiser assistants to support & Other Stories online sales team. The client’s need is extra support during the summer holidays and you will be working 2 - 2.5 months full time.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at & Other Stories. If this goes well we will happily help you further to you next job experience!

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Merchandising assistant, you will work administratively with the company's e-commerce and products. Your work has a direct impact on customers, which means you can really come in and make a difference within sales.

For example, you will:


* Handle product enrichment; make sure that all necessary information related to each product is in place
* Publish products and secure stock availability
* Administrate product ranking in category pages


Initially, you get 2 weeks introduction and by your side, you have at least one more senior colleague who supports you at work. The positions suit you who have an interest in e-commerce as well as fashion and want to combine this in the most interesting job of the summer! You are technically laid out and have no problem working in different systems.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
Who are studying or have studied a higher education relevant for the job (we think that this could be in e-commerce, system science, purchasing or correlative)


* Have a great interest in e-commerce
* Have previous experience of working in store
* Have an understanding of how the back-end affects front-end, you may have coded parts of websites or blogs yourself
* Have very good knowledge in English


It is meritorious about you:


* Have previous experience of similar work
* Have a fashion interest and is familiar with the & Other Stories assortment
* Have previous experience in administration
* Have knowledge in Swedish


As a person, you are self-motivated and responsible when it comes to your duties. You leave nothing undone and make sure you complete what you have started. You are proactive in your time planning, exact and have the ability to structure your work efficiently. Your communicative skills make for a good and responsive team player who shares energy to your colleagues. With a technical interest, we see that you are a quick learner.
