Do you like to travel? Are you a problem-solver that enjoy meeting customers?
We are looking for our next DSI Service Technician EMEA that will perform installation, troubleshooting, service, repair and inspections of equipment at customer site in the EMEA region. An important part of the position is to give technical support by phone or email to your colleagues and customers as well as train them in maintenance, operation, safety and cleaning of the systems. Another part of the role is to make sure that we have the right spare parts and upgrade kits to offer our customers.
You need to be flexible and enjoy travelling as well as solving problems. You are driven and self-motivated, like to meet new people and achieve results. As our DSI team is on a journey to grow and our vision is to take the team to the next level, we would like you to be a part of this and grow with us!
You will travel frequently, and You should expect travels during weekends as this is the normal time for maintenance of machinery at our customers.
To be successful at this we believe that you have a strong background working with and troubleshooting computer-based industrial control equipment in the food industry. You can read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics. A solid mechanical knowledge of servo axis control, conveying, hydraulics and pneumatics.
You need to have a driving license and as you will travel in the whole EMEA region it is a must that you speak fluent English, any additional language skill is a plus.
