Our Rapide-family is searching for a new leader to our brand new Flagship Brow bar in Copenhagen!

Rapide Brow and Lash bar is the leading beauty chain with 18 brow bars in Sweden. We are specialized in threading and our passion is to highlight the eyes with unique products and treatments.

We are searching for a leader with business acumen and high ambitions to grow as a leader.

To success in the role as Brow Bar Manager at Rapide you should have the ability to inspire others and motivate your employees to strive to always be the best in sales and the customer experience each and every singel day. As a leader you walk in the front of the line to lead your employees the way, you are required to be a role model and win over the trust of your employees. Clarity and flexible communication is required to operate results together as a team. The Brow Bars success is built on your ability to coach others to reach their full potential.

You are in charge that every customer that visit us are greeted by professional, well-motivated and available stylist who strives and wants to make eyebrows of the highest quality.

You have the ability to set up goals and follow through on sales target, ensure that our campaign and activities is carried out according to our marketing plan and together with you co-workers make sure that your brow bars follow and breathe Rapides vision; The best beauty experience and the best work experience.

Here you will be given the chance to work creatively with your hands and shape brows and lashes in world class alongside coaching and educating your own employees. You will have the utmost budget responsibility as well as other administrative tasks.

You will get to run a brow bar in Copenhagen!
