Region Emerging Markets & APAC is responsible for and manages sales and aftermarket of the complete range of Volvo Penta products through our Importers and Market Units in Middle East, Africa, CIS countries and Asia-Pacific.

Area P&A Sales Manager

Job Description:

? The Area P&A Sales Manager?s main focus is to support, develop and motivate the P&A business of her/his Importers, supporting the Importer with necessary initiatives and actions to ensure yearly business targets and operating standards are met, as well as Volvo Penta?s strategic development plans and targets
? The Area P&A Sales Manager is working in a cross functional core Area Team for a defined geographical area with colleagues from Customer Support, Dealer Development and Engine Sales
? Other typical close cooperation partners are New Markets Management, Warranty, Credit Control, Pricing and Logistics Services
? The position reports to the Manager Aftermarket P&A Sales

Qualifications and Profile:

? Marketing and/or Technical education (B.Sc. or equivalent work experience)
? Team player with a drive-for-results attitude that can translate business goals into their own actions and organize and prioritize workload
? Professional experience in B2B sales, aftermarket knowledge is an advantage
? Basic familiarity of engine and transmission engineering
? Good communication skills in English, additional languages (French, Arabic) is an advantage
? Genuinely interested to work in a multicultural environment and available for frequent travels
