The purpose of this role is to develop a comprehensive growth strategy in the sector. Establish profound multi-year relationships with customers. Pursue and support opportunity capture by coordinating with the Front-End organization and identify possibilities of cooperation and partnerships in the sector.
HV Product Service is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the LTBs, and it is also assuring the coverage for all HV portfolio in Sweden. We are proud to be a customer care team which is close to the end user, making sure they get our support facing the most critical situations.
Your responsibilities 
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration
Prepare offers in coordination with the technical team and/or supply department
Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and commercial conditions
Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand client`s needs, promote customer`s understanding of full product/services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
Manage the strategic relationship in the industrial segment, with a particular focus on mining and mineral-base industry. Lead the development and implementation of the account plans prioritizing the opportunities according to the define market plan.
Reporting on a regular basis is essential part of the role. Pipeline, forecast and the status of each targeted project will be shared with key persons in the organization.

Your background
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing position will be preferred
You have a university degree with technical nature
You are a self-motivated and dedicated team player with strong work ethic and result oriented working style
You have experience dealing with customers in the electric industry, preferably with HV equipment
Willing to travel (50%) in Sweden and abroad if necessary
Fluent in Swedish and English is a must, other languages are considered as an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing with complex customers is considered a plus
