Titel/Job title:Engage new Assignment Manager for a Finnish assignment at Besedo Ltd in Malta.
Purpose of the role
.Take full responsibility for the operation of the assignment(s) in order to:.Maximize profitability and ensure service levels by always balancing efficiency in the use of human resources with quality in the provision of the service.. Maintain and extend the relationship with the client in order to clarify their expectations and deliver agreed services as well as identifying up-selling opportunities.. Assume responsibility for the people aspect of the assignment(s) and adopt a hands-on approach in the recruitment, training, performance monitoring, quality management and control, coaching and leadership of the human resources within the assignment(s).
Authorities
.Revise operational practices and increase productivity aspects to maintain economic targets/goals..Approach Country Manager and propose new processes and working opportunities for the client in order to maximize efficiency & consolidate the working relationship..To take necessary actions regarding staff management.
Krav/Essential requirements:
Education
Secondary Education is important but the attitude is crucial
Work Experience
.Management / Operational experience.
.Business development and planning.
.Project management
.Account Management experience.
.Customer Service experience
.Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
.We will give the candidate adequate training, but he/she must have an ability for understanding our business

Language Skills

.Strong communication skills
.Native Finnish
.Fluent in English
.Good level of written and spoken Swedish It is also desirable that the candidate has excellent social skills
.The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of the Finnish culture and habits

.Strong management abilities to lead and coordinate both for the moment and the long term prospective

Must be able to motivate, support and lead young staff in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment

Arbetsort/Place of work: Msida in Malta
Arbetstid/Hours per week: Scheduled (40 h/week)
Varaktighet/Contract:
Up to 12 months contract (with the opportunity to prolong)
Startdatum/Starting date: Once recruitment is done
Lön/Salary: Fixed rate.By agreement
Övrigt/Additional Information:
Refund for flight tickets on arrival (ticket prices has to be approved by Besedo prior to purchase )
Hotel - 7 Nights (bed and breakfast ) - arranged by Besedo
Transport from airport to hotel.
