Be part of a highly skilled sales team
You will be part of our Channel Specialist team in Nordic Sales headed up by a Channel Development Director. We are a deeply professional sales team of Key Account Managers, Assistant

Account Managers and a Customer Marketing Manager working across the Nordic countries to maximise the potential in specialist toy stores and department stores. We have focus on consolidating and further building our brand through inspiring and engaging in store experiences targeting both consumers and shoppers.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, you will be supporting and sparring with a Key Account Manager on our most important customers in the Nordic region. In doing so, you help develop customer business plans and will be responsible for forecasting, monthly performance reports and campaign analyses, follow-up on in-store material orders, development of customer presentations, proofreading and more.

This gives you a role that involves both hands-on tasks and more strategic, analytical assignments that supports the Key Account Manager in a longer perspective. Thus, you need to be able to prioritise and think two steps ahead to be a strong sparring partner and deliver value-adding analysis and support. Finally, you will have a broad contact surface with Sales, Marketing, and Operations as well as close collaboration with key customers.

Qualifications and personal qualities
You probably have 1-2 years´ experience within Sales or Marketing combined with a master´s degree within similar fields. In addition, you are a high-performer, motivated to reach stretched targets and deliver results. Your IT skills are very good, and you are an excellent user of MS Office.

It is essential that you are good at structuring your work and able to prioritise. This in turn will help you uncover potential in both customers and yourself. You are outgoing and possess excellent collaborative skills that enable you to work with many different stakeholders and navigate in a large, complex organisation. Finally, you have the analytical skills to deliver reports and analyses that are integral to further sales progress.
